St. John’s Lutheran Church located in Vernon, BC is not just a place of worship. St. John’s is its people and the amazing works that they accomplish both within the church and, more importantly, through community outreach. A few such initiatives would be hosting the annual Trunk or Treat, Christmas caroling around Vernon to those who could use a little extra cheer, Freedom Session, Love and Logic, Vacation Bible School, and more.
We Are Welcoming to All
St. John’s Lutheran Church is a place where all are welcome. Never gone to church before? Unsure if church is for you? Unsure about faith? Simply have questions about God? Then yes you are more than welcome. It doesn’t matter where you are at when it comes to faith and religion, rich or poor, young or old, or anything else. St. John’s welcomes you! If you are still unsure, then please visit us or call us between 9am – 2pm Tuesday to Friday if you’d like to set up a private meet and greet or just take a tour without any pressure or stress. You may also attend our Sunday Service that starts each Sunday at 10am. Doors are open 9:15am and you can meet a pastor if you have questions before or after the service.
